François Barrault
Chairman
François has been the Chairman of IDATE DigiWorld since 2011.
François is an entrepreneurial and corporate veteran of the digital technology sector, which he discovered in 1977 when given his first computer as a gift for passing his baccalaureate. And the passion for new technologies it ignited has never left him.
He is the President and founder of FDB Partners SPRL, a consulting and investment firm specialised in media and telecommunications technologies, and publishing.
François also participates in conferences around the globe. He is a member of several boards of directors and advisory boards, for public and private companies, private equity funds and foundations.
He began his career at IBM as a researcher in robotics and artificial intelligence before going on to create, then sell, several companies.
François then served as a senior executive with a number of major multinationals, including Lucent Technologies, where he was CEO of Lucent EMEA. Later, as their international CEO, François oversaw the integration of 38 Lucent acquisitions in the Internet and telecommunications sector.
He went on to join BT and became CEO of BT Global Services, sitting on the BT Group PLC Board of Directors. François made BT Global Services the world leader in IT network services, with a division that employed 37,000 people operating in 176 countries, in addition to shepherding the acquisition of 32 companies from around the globe in four years, which represented $17 billion in revenue.
He simultaneously headed up BT Innovate, the group’s advanced R&D and innovation division, in addition to chairing and sponsoring numerous initiatives with some of the world’s most prestigious universities.
François remains very active at the WEF (Davos and regional forums) and created and then chaired the BT Global advisory board (60 world-class leaders from around the globe).
Jacques Moulin
CEO
Jacques Moulin is CEO of IDATE DigiWorld since 1st July 2017
Jacques Moulin started his career with Thomson SA. He joined France Telecom-Orange Group in 1991 and participated in its transformation in B2B, consumer, and human resources segments both in France and abroad. He held various managerial and operational posts as well as other within Orange Group: human resources manager of the Eastern Parisian Region, human resources manager of Orange Business Services, Regional Manager for Lorraine then Territorial Manager for the Eastern Region (Alsace-Lorraine, Burgundy, Franche Comté). Prior joining IDATE DigiWorld, Jacques was CEO of Sofrecom (2011), a consulting firm that specialises in assisting large corporation in their digital transformation.
A graduate of the Science Po school of politics, Jacques Moulin also has legal training and a postgraduate degree from the Paris institute of political studies (IEP). He has studied under the ESSEC economics and business school’s international development program.
Laurence Morvan
Vice-President Treasurer, DigiWorld Institute
Laurence Morvan is chief of staff of the office of the CEO Europe and corporate social responsibility officer at Accenture. She is also a member of Accenture’s Europe Management Committee.
As Chief of Staff to Accenture CEO Europe, Laurence is developing Accenture approach to strengthen Accenture presence in Europe, more fully leveraging the EU strategies and funding.
Laurence has management oversight of Accenture Corporate Citizenship activities, which are focused on advancing Accenture’s digital responsibility with programs around skilling for the digital age and leveraging technology for societal impact.
Laurence represents Accenture at external forum around topics related to entrepreneurship, future of work and business responsibility. She is a member of the Board of Citizen Entrepreneurs in France and Junior Achievement Europe, two NGO that foster entrepreneurship. She is the executive sponsor for Accenture’s participation to OECD/ Business for Inclusive Growth, to the G20 business fora (B20, W20, G20 Young Entrepreneur Alliance…), which bring thought leadership and business policy recommendations to the G20 heads of state, with a focus on entrepreneurship, future of skills, women in business and innovation.
Prior to assuming her current role, Laurence was the Chief of Staff to Accenture CEOs Pierre Nanterme and David Rowland, where she focused on culture transformation, supporting the shift toward innovation and new consulting methods, change management and journey management. She was a member of Accenture Global Management Committee.
Laurence started her career at Accenture as a consultant in the Strategy practice, working primarily for Financial Services clients in France and the United Kingdom. She held a number of internal strategy positions and contributed to the Accenture Human Capital Strategy.
Prior to joining Accenture in 1994, Laurence worked in investment banking on mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance transactions.
Laurence holds an MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and a MS degree in management from ESSEC business school in Paris.
Jean-Luc Allavena
Né à Monaco en 1963, Jean-Luc Allavena est un homme d’affaires et dirigeant d’entreprise monégasque.
Diplômé d’HEC Paris en 1986, Jean-Luc Allavena commence sa carrière à la banque Paribas (1986-88), puis rejoint en 1989 le groupe Lyonnaise des Eaux – devenu Suez – en tant que contrôleur financier.
En 1992, il devient directeur financier de Techpack International. L’entreprise d’emballage de cosmétiques et produits de luxe, a été l’objet de l’un des premiers grands LBOs réalisés en France, avec Pechiney et LBO France comme actionnaires. Il est administrateur directeur général à partir de 1996, puis succède en mai 1999 au président fondateur de la société, Alain Chevassus. Quand Pechiney rachète la totalité du capital, Jean-Luc Allavena devient directeur de sa division cosmétologie-luxe.
En 2000, Arnaud Lagardère l’appelle à ses côtés comme directeur général adjoint de Lagardère Média, pour prendre en charge la stratégie de développement du groupe et améliorer sa rentabilité, mission dont il s’acquitte avec succès. Il devient parallèlement administrateur délégué de Lagardère Active (anciennement Europe 1 Communication) et administrateur des trois autres principales branches du groupe : Hachette Livre, Hachette Filipacchi Médias et Hachette Distribution Services.
Issu d’une famille monégasque ancienne, Jean-Luc Allavena dirige de 2005 à 2006 le cabinet de S.A.S. Prince Albert II de Monaco, chargé de l’organisation et des principales orientations du début de règne du nouveau souverain.
En 2007, Jean-Luc Allavena rejoint le fonds d’investissement Apollo Global Management à Londres en tant que Partner. Apollo est l’un des plus grands gestionnaires alternatifs d’actifs dans le monde avec un portefeuille d’environ 300 milliards de dollars. Il initie notamment le rachat en 2010 d’Alcan Engineered Products – ex-Pechiney, avec le Fonds stratégique d’investissement. L’entreprise, renommée Constellium, est cotée en bourse avec succès à New York en mai 2013. Désireux de financer de grands projets industriels français, Jean-Luc Allavena réalisera d’autres investissements industriels couronnés de succès parmi lesquels Monier, Latécoère, Verallia.
Il est aujourd’hui président et fondateur de Atlantys Investors qui travaille et investit avec Apollo et d’autres fonds. Il est administrateur du Groupe Verallia
Jean-Luc Allavena est engagé depuis plusieurs décennies dans le bénévolat associatif. Il a été président de l’Association des diplômés d’HEC de 2001 à 2003 puis président d’honneur, ainsi que président de la Fondation HEC (2003-2005) puis président d’honneur. Il a notamment été à l’origine des premières campagnes de fundraising auprès des diplômés d’HEC.
De 2010 à 2015 Jean-Luc Allavena est Président de la French-American Foundation (puis président d’honneur), qui se consacre à renforcer les liens entre la France et les États-Unis. Il est egalement President de l’Institut Aspen France.
Jacques Attali
Jacques Attali was born November 1, 1943. Polytechnique, special advisor to the President of the Republic, François Mitterrand, for ten years, is the founder of four international institutions: Action against hunger, Eureka, EBRD and positive Planet. Anne Bouverot
Anne Bouverot is Chairperson of Technicolor’s Board of Directors. She is the former Chair and CEO of Morpho, a world leader in security and identity solutions, employing more than 8,600 people in 55 countries and generating revenues of €2bn. Prior to joining Morpho, Ms. Bouverot spent 4 years as Director General of GSMA, the international association of mobile network operators. Previously, she was Executive Vice President, Mobiel Services at Orange. She began her career as IT project manager with Telmex in Mexico.
Anne Bouverot is a Board Member of CapGemini, Cellnex Telecom, Edenred and Ledger, and Chair of Fondation Abeona (Data Science for Fairness & Equality).
She is a graduate of Ecole Normale Supérieure Paris in Mathematics. She holds a Masters in Telecommunications Engineering and a PhD in Artificial Intelligence.
Bruno Bouygues
Bruno BOUYGUES is serving as CEO of GYS since 2004
Before graduating in 2002 from INSEAD (Singapore) with an MBA, Bruno studied at ESTP (France) & MIT (USA), where he obtained his Masters of Sciences in 1999. He also started his professional career in the Investment Banking arms of Merrill Lynch and Société Générale where he spent 3 years as Analyst and Associate.
After his MBA, he worked for 2 years as a management consultant at Oliver Wyman before joining GYS in 2004 as CEO and then President.
GYS is a family-owned industrial group, headquartered in France, with over 700 employees in 6 countries (France, UK, Germany, Italia, Morocco, India & China). GYS engineers and manufactures welding & charging equipment and solutions. The group is positioned as one of the world’s technological leaders in its fields.
Aside from his professional endeavors, Bruno is a CCE, a Young Leader from the France-China foundation and a member of the YPO network. Bruno is married to Heyoung Lee Bouygues, the founder of the Reboot Foundation.

Pascal Cagni
Pascal is Founder & CEO at C4 Ventures, a leading European Venture Capital fund supporting entrepreneurs as lead investor in Series A and as co-investor in later stage rounds. In september 2017, Pascal was appointed by French President Macron as Ambassador for International investments and Chairman of the Board of Business France.
Pascal is also a non-executive director at CIC-Banque Transatlantique, the Inria Foundation and, until recently, at Kingfisher, Vivendi and Style.com, the Condé Nast-owned eCommerce platform which merged with Farfetch.
Pascal acts as an advisor to executive teams at large private equity and European groups. In 2014, he conducted a strategic review of Net-A-Porter for owner CF Richemont, advising on business reengineering including IT & e-commerce systems prior to the company’s merger with YOOX.
In 2000, Steve Jobs appointed Pascal as General Manager and Vice President for Apple EMEIA (Europe, Middle East, India and Africa), where he developed an innovative Go-To-Market strategy that included the successful rollout of the Apple Premium Reseller (APR) and Apple Shops. Under Pascal’s leadership, EMEIA was consistently Apple’s fastest growing region, with annual sales increasing from $1.2bn in 2000 to $40bn in 2012.
Before Apple, Pascal led Packard Bell NEC to become the leading European Home Computer Company. Pascal also previously held roles at Compaq and Booz, Allen and Hamilton management consultants.
Pascal holds an MA in Political Sciences from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques in Paris, an MA in Business Law and an MBA from HEC Paris. He graduated from the Executive Program (EPGC) at Stanford University and joined the 63rd Promotion of IHEDN in 2011. He has been decorated as Knight of the National Order of Merit of France by Mrs Christine Lagarde, Managing Director of IMF.
Virginie Calmels
Virginie Calmels est diplômée de l’École supérieure de commerce de Toulouse ainsi que de l’Institut Européen d’Administration Des Affaires (Insead-AMP) et est également titulaire d’un diplôme d’études supérieures comptables et financières (DESCF) et d’un diplôme d’expertise comptable et de commissaire aux comptes. Par ailleurs, elle est membre de l’association Le Siècle et Chevalier de l’Ordre National du Mérite.
Virginie Calmels est Présidente de la société SHOWer Company, elle-même présidente de la société CV Education, groupe d’enseignement supérieur des métiers de demain dans le domaine des industries créatives et du marketing digital qui a ouvert la première école FUTURAe à Boulogne Billancourt en octobre 2020 et accueille près de 200 étudiants.
Elle est administratrice indépendante de la société iliad (Free) depuis juin 2009 et de la société Assystem depuis mars 2016. Virginie Calmels est présidente du Conseil Stratégique du Groupe OuiCare, depuis novembre 2019, et présidente d’Honneur du fonds de dotation OuiCare qui lutte contre les violences faites aux femmes et pour l’égalité entre les femmes et les hommes.
Elle est présidente fondatrice du “think and do tank” DroiteLib’ depuis 2016.
Virginie Calmels avait commencé sa carrière en 1993 au sein du cabinet d’audit Salustro Reydel comme auditrice financière. Elle avait ensuite rejoint le groupe Canal + (1998-2003) où elle a occupé successivement les fonctions de directrice financière de NC Numéricable, de directrice financière de l’international et du développement du groupe Canal + puis de directrice financière de Canal + S.A., avant d’être promue directrice générale adjointe puis codirectrice générale déléguée de la chaîne Canal +. Elle a rejoint Endemol France en 2003 en tant que directrice générale, puis à compter d’octobre 2007, elle occupe la fonction de présidente-directrice générale. En mai 2012 elle est promue directrice générale du groupe Endemol Monde et conserve la présidence d’Endemol France, mandats dont elle a démissionné mi-janvier 2013.
Elle a présidé l’hôtel Les Airelles pendant 1 an en 2007, en parallèle de ses fonctions chez Endemol, suite à son rachat par Stéphane Courbit.
Elle avait par ailleurs rejoint le Conseil de surveillance d’Euro Disney et d’Euro Disney Associés S.C.A en mars 2011 dont elle est devenue présidente en janvier 2013 jusqu’à sa démission en février 2017. Elle était administratrice indépendante de Technicolor de mai 2014 à juillet 2016 puis censeur jusqu’en mai 2017.
Elle était trésorière de l’association caritative Arès Coop puis administratrice de l’association ARES pendant près de 10 ans (1998-2007).
En mars 2014 Virginie Calmels est élue aux côtés d’Alain Juppé comme 1re Adjointe au Maire de Bordeaux en charge de l’Économie, l’Emploi et la Croissance Durable, comme vice-présidente de Bordeaux Métropole en charge des Sites Majeurs d’Attractivité, et présidente de l’EPA Bordeaux Euratlantique, mandats dont elle a démissionné 5 ans plus tard, en février 2019 pour revenir dans le privé, au moment où Alain Juppé annonce son entrée au Conseil Constitutionnel.
Elle a été élue conseillère régionale de Nouvelle Aquitaine le 13 décembre 2015, mandat dont elle a démissionné en septembre 2020.
Olivier Campenon
Olivier Campenon has been the CEO of Lefebvre Sarrut since May 2018. Lefebvre Sarrut is a legal publishing and training Group (Dalloz, Francis Lefebvre, Giuffré…), represented throughout Europe.
Member of the Advisory Board of the Professional Women’s Network and member of the ETI Club, Olivier Campenon is also Vice-President of the Franco-British Chamber of Commerce, the first business network between France and Great Britain.
He began his career at Arthur Andersen before joining AT&T, the US telecom operator. He then held management positions in the telecommunications sector for more than twenty years: as Managing Director of Siris, a telecom operator for companies in France, then as President of T-Systems France, the corporate arm of Deutsche Telekom. He then joined BT (British Telecom), as President of BT France and then President of BT EMEA.
Olivier Campenon is a graduate engineer from Supelec.
Michel Coucke
Michel leads the CEO and Board Practice for the firm. He has led numerous senior searches for board members and C-suite for financial sponsors and leading international corporations throughout Europe, the Middle East and USA.
Prior to joining Lancor, Michel founded and managed the European Telecommunications and Internet Infrastructure Practice at Heidrick & Struggles. In his early career, Michel was Deputy Managing Director of the Benelux countries for AT&T, with responsibility for sales, business development, and customer support.
He is a Member of the Boards of IDATE DigiWorld, C4V and Shareability.
Michel has a master’s degree in industrial engineering and biochemistry from Institut Meurice Engineering School Brussels and an executive master’s degree in management from Université Libre de Bruxelles. He is also an AMP graduate from the IMD, Lausanne.
Thierry Drilhon
Thierry Drilhon has 35 years of experience in the world of technology, digital and innovation, acquired as an international manager of major companies such as Microsoft as General Manager and then, in 2000, Cisco Systems, where he became successively President France, Vice President EMEA and then Senior Vice President, based in Paris and San Francisco, and member of the World Executive Committee.
In 2012, he joined Euro Media Group in Paris as Chairman and CEO, which he transformed into a European media leader present in 8 countries in Europe.
Deeply “Francoptimist” and “Europtimist”, Thierry was one of the co-founders, in 2004, of the event “Les Etats de la France”.
In June 2018, he was elected President of the Franco-British Chamber of Commerce & Industry, thus putting his international experience at the service of the attractiveness of Franco-British business relations.
Senior Advisor for Europe of Francisco Partners, an American private equity fund specialized in technology and health, Thierry is also a member of the Board of Directors of Claranet (London), Beijaflore , Synapscore and Tiaré Groupe (Paris).
In January 2021, he was appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors of EfficientIP, a world leader in network security and automation.
Member of the Strategic Committee of Yotta Capital, he chairs the Club “L’Homme essentiel” within the Centre d’Etude et de Prospective Stratégique (CEPS).
Very committed to health and the Heart, since 2002, as President of Cisco France he accompanied Professor Christian Cabrol in favor of organ donation, participating for 10 years in “La Course du Coeur”. In January 2019, he became the General Manager of the French Federation of Cardiology, which he left to co-found with Professor Claire Mounier-Vehier, the Endowment Fund “Agir pour le Cœur des Femmes – Women’s Cardiovascular Healthcare Foundation”.
Since 2004, he has been a lecturer in the HEC MBA program on leadership, innovation and organizational transformation.

Alexandra Dublanche
Vice-présidente chargée du développement économique et de l’attractivité, de l’agriculture et de la ruralité de la Région Ile-de-France auprès de Valérie Pécresse, Alexandra Dublanche est également conseillère communautaire et adjointe au Maire de Sartrouville (Yvelines) où elle est en charge de la politique de la ville et des Transports.
Après des études en école de commerce (ESCP Europe), Alexandra Dublanche débute sa carrière dans le cabinet de conseil en stratégie McKinsey & Company en Allemagne. Trois ans plus tard, elle rejoint le cabinet du Ministre Luc Chatel, où elle est en charge des affaires économiques et des finances publiques au Porte-Parolat. De 2010 à 2012, elle effectue un Master d’Administration Publique à l’Université de Harvard avant de rentrer en France en novembre 2012 et de rejoindre le Cabinet de Valérie Pécresse au Conseil Régional d’Ile-de-France. Elle est élue conseillère régionale en décembre 2015 et élue présidente de la Commission du Développement Économique, de l’Emploi et de l’Innovation. Également chef d’entreprise, Alexandra Dublanche est co-fondatrice d’une start-up de stratégie électorale.
Emmanuelle Garnaud-Gamache
Emmanuelle Garnaud-Gamache is the Marketing & Communication and Partnerships Director of the Technological Research Institute b<>com. She is a graduate of the Toulouse Business School and holds an MBA from the University of DEUSTO (San Sebastian, Spain). She started her career in Canada, where she spent more than 13 years and developed transversal expertise in the media industry, marketing strategy, and international development. From the Infopresse media group to the creation of Bilbao, her production and consulting company, her knowledge of audiovisual production and content creation in all media was enriched by the conception of B to B events and consulting in marketing strategy and brand positioning, her first specialty. Emmanuelle contributed to the launch of b<>com as Director of International Development (2013-2021) before being appointed Director of Marketing and Communication and Partner Relations. In 2016, she was also the executive producer of {dive}: event.
Jean-François Gaudy
Jean-François a rejoint Gfi en 2010 où il a successivement occupé les fonctions de Directeur des practices Microsoft, de la mobilité puis de l’Innovation. Auparavant, il dirigeait sa propre entreprise de srvice et d’édition de logiciels, avant d’entrer chez Unilog/Logica pour prendre en charge la création de nouveaux produits et les practices collaboratives. En tant que Chief Innovation Officer, Jean-François met en oeuvre la stratégie d’Innovation de Gfi.
Le temps lui manque toujours pour se livrer à ses passions parmi lesquelles la cuisine, la moto, la plongée, la musique ou la vidéo. Souvent par monts et par vaux, il semble qu’on le trouve tout de même fréquemment à arpenter les marchés de Lisbonne…
Eric Labaye
Eric Labaye is President of École Polytechnique, a major French institution of higher education and research in sciences and engineering and President of Institut Polytechnique de Paris, created by École Polytechnique, ENSTA Paris, ENSAE Paris, Télécom Paris and Télécom SudParis in 2019. He serves on the board of Telecom Paris, the International Advisory Board of ESSEC, and the Board of Advisors of the School of Public Affairs at Sciences Po. Eric Labaye was formerly Senior Partner at McKinsey & Company and Chairman of the McKinsey Global Institute. Prior to this, he was Managing Director of the France office, led the firm’s Global Knowledge and Communication and was a member of the Shareholders Council of the firm (Global Board) for ten years, of which he chaired the Client Committee.
Maurice Lévy
Maurice Lévy is Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Publicis Groupe, the leader in business, marketing and communications transformation. He joined Publicis in 1971 as IT Director, and was appointed CEO of Publicis Conseil, the Groupe’s flagship agency, in 1981. He was named CEO of Publicis Groupe in 1987, a role that he fulfilled for 30 years until being named Chairman of the Supervisory Board as of June 1, 2017. He was responsible for transforming Publicis from a great, French creative agency into a global leader, covering all segments of the advertising industry. With spectacular acquisitions such as Saatchi & Saatchi, Bcom3 (Leo Burnett, Starcom, Mediavest) Zenith or in the digital space with Digitas, Performics, Razorfish, Rosetta and Sapient, today Publicis represents more than 80,000 talents, $10 billion in revenue and is present in more than 104 countries.
In 2016, to celebrate Publicis Groupe’s 90th anniversary, Maurice Lévy was determined to look to the future rather than the past, keeping in line with Publicis’ pioneering spirit. The result was two initiatives – Publicis90, through which Publicis Groupe invested in 90 promising startups and Viva Technology Paris, a global event dedicated to the collaboration between large companies and startups.
Widely recognized as a leading figure in the communications industry, Mr. Lévy also co-founded the French Brain Institute (ICM) in 2005, and serves as the Chairman of the board for several entities, including the International Board of Governors for the Peres Center for Peace. In 2015, he was appointed Chairman of the Pasteur-Weizmann Institute. Mr. Lévy has been honored with numerous distinctions and accolades for his contributions to media, business leadership, tolerance and peace. Mr. Lévy holds the distinctions of Commandeur of the French Légion d’Honneur and Grand Officier of the Ordre National du Mérite.
Frédérique Liaigre
As part of Verizon Enterprise Solutions, Frédérique Liaigre is Managing Director for South EMEA, with responsibility for sales in France, Italy and Spain. Frédérique joined Verizon in June 2017, coming from ADP, where she most recently served as Vice President of Strategic Client Partnership for Multinational Customers in EMEA and USA.

Francis Lorentz
Francis Lorentz chairs FL Conseil and the Supervisory Board of IT-Translation, an investment fund set up by INRIA.
After starting his professional life at the Treasury Directorate, then at the Lyonnaise des Eaux, he led the BULL IT group from 1982 to 1992. He was President of the groupe RATP and Associate Professor at the University of Paris-Dauphine. In 1997, he was appointed by the French Government to set up and run the «e-commerce mission» and chaired at the same time one of the first incubators of the Internet.
From 2000, he was a member of the Comex of the Galeries Lafayette in charge of digital activities of the Group (e-Laser). Francis Lorentz was Chairman of IDATE DigiWorld from 2000 to 2011. From 2005 to 2017, he also founded and chaired LD&A, a merchant bank specialized in «digital» companies, which became Drake Star Partners after merging with its American partner.

Antoine Petit
Antoine Petit, professeur des universités de classe exceptionnelle, a été nommé président-directeur général du CNRS le 24 janvier 2018.
Agrégé de mathématiques et docteur en informatique de l’université Paris Diderot, Antoine Petit est spécialiste de méthodes formelles, principalement à base de systèmes de transitions, pour la spécification et la vérification de systèmes parallèles en temps réel.
Enseignant-chercheur de 1984 à 2004, il a été assistant-agrégé à l’Université d’Orléans, maître de conférences à l’Université Paris-Sud puis professeur à l’Ecole normale supérieure de Cachan en 1994.
De 2001 à 2003, Antoine Petit est directeur adjoint à la Direction de la Recherche du ministère, en charge des Mathématiques et des STIC.
En 2004 il est détaché au CNRS, d’abord comme directeur scientifique du département Sciences et technologies de l’information et de la communication puis comme directeur interrégional Sud-Ouest.
En 2006, il rejoint Inria pour diriger le centre de recherche Paris-Rocquencourt, avant d’être nommé directeur général adjoint. En 2014, il devient président-directeur général d’Inria.
Benjamin Revcolevschi
Benjamin Revcolevschi is Head of Benelux & France at DXC Technology.
Benjamin joins DXC from Fujitsu, were he led for 7 years the French business, driving strong, profitable growth in IT services, as well as building the brand in the local market.
Prior, Benjamin developed and led for 3 years the B2B Cloud and IoT businesses at the French teleco company, SFR.
At SFR, Benjamin gained for 4 years strong delivery experience heading up SFR’s B2B customer operations capability.
Benjamin’s early career was spent at Boston Consulting Group serving for 7 years customers across multiple commercial sectors (telco, manufacturing, banking, retail, …) in France, and globally.
Benjamin, has an engineering degree from Ecole Polytechnique and Telecom Paris, and a business degree from Paris Dauphine University.
Yann Rougemont
Gratuated from INSA Toulouse in 2003, Yann started working for Alten in 2007 to increase Information System activities by Telecom Operators clients.
Today, Yann is in charge of Media and Telecom activities for France and helped the Group’s growth in this field.
Beyond that, Yann is also Director for another branch : Alten Technologies, a sister company dedicated to innovation, as well as administrator of Alten Cyber Security.
Guy Roussel
Guy is a chemist who started his career surprisingly by joining Ministry of Post and Telecommunications and he so enjoyed this experience that he never left Telecommunications and Digital activities.
He served as CEO with Motorola Group and Ericsson in France and in international assignments.
In parallel he was active in professional mandates as chairing Strategic Committee for Digital Sector, Alliance TICS, ministerial group for Spectrum Dividende, Fontainebleau Business Incubator and Esigetel ( Electronics engineers School).
He represented European telecommunications industry in Brussels DGXIII TCAM.
He served as a member on Radiocommunications Advisory Commission, Digital Superior Council, ARCEP Forsight Committee, Idate Board, and New Caledonia Digital Development Board.

Michel Taride
Michel is the former Group President of Hertz International, the leading global car rental brand, where he was responsible for all of its wholly owned and franchise operations in 150 countries across all continents, outside North America.
Over his 38 year career in the constantly transforming car rental business, Michel has progressed through the organisation, holding numerous leadership positions in operational, commercial, country and divisional management.
Most recently, Michel has been championing the « smart mobility » strategies for Hertz, working closely with start ups and incubators.
Since he moved on from Hertz in April 2019, Michel is now an Advisor and a Consultant focusing on Travel, Transportation and Smart Mobility.
He is the Chair of the Advisory Board for the GTTP (Global Travel and Tourism Partnership), a non for profit organisation that supports education programs enabling each year 700,000 students from 15 emerging countries to build careers in Travel and Tourism.
He is also an Ambassador for the WTTC (World Travel and Tourism Council), and a Foreign Trade Advisor to the French Embassy in London.
Michel developed an early passion for travel, world cultures, and entrepreneurship, having lived in Morocco, France, Italy, and currently in London with his family.
He took a gap year at age 26 to « discover the world » and is an accomplished musician who loves travelling, sailing and mountaineering.
Agnès Touraine
Agnès Touraine is chairing the French Institute of Directors’ (IFA), until 29th May 2019.
She is also the founding CEO of Act III Consultants, a management consulting firm dedicated to digital transformation. She previously was Chairwoman and CEO of Vivendi Universal Publishing ($4d) after 10 years with the Lagardère group and 4 years with McKinsey. She holds a degree in Law, is graduated from the Paris Institut d’Etudes Politiques and has an MBA from Columbia University Business School, New York.

Xavier Vasques
Xavier Vasques is CTO of IBM Technology, France as well as Distinguished Data Scientist and member of the Steering Committee of IBM France. He is responsible for the technical teams of IBM France and a member of the IBM Academy of Technology. He has produced several communications and scientific publications (> 150) and books, including recently Le Contrôle du Neurone. Xavier holds a master’s degree in Mathematics, a degree in Computer Engineering and a doctorate in Neuroscience. Xavier holds the Cognitive Science and Technology Chair at the ENSC, member of the scientific council of the Ecole des Mines d’Ales and director of the Clinical Neuroscience Laboratory in Montpellier.
